As of Monday, these election results are official! You made this happen through your donations, your support, and most importantly, your hard work. I am so excited to serve the people of Medford as their city councilor and to get to work on our agenda to build a Medford that works for ALL!

We were only able to win 5,209 votes, win FOURTH place, and earn more votes than two incumbents because of the support of this team and, of course, our partnership with the seven fantastic Our Revolution Medford-endorsed candidates. I am overjoyed that I will be serving on the council with Nicole Morell and in partnership with Mea Mustone, Paul Ruseau, and Jenny Graham on the school committee.

Now the real work begins (but we’ll have a celebration too)! 

I am putting together an advisory team who I will work with to build grassroots power around city council initiatives, and to make sure that Medford residents are informed about any issues that the council will be taking up. We will be having our Post-Election Party with our fellow Our Revolution Medford candidates on the evening of Friday, December 6th at Tamper Cafe at 340 Boston Ave in Medford. Please join us!

Please come to the next Our Revolution Medford General Meeting on Sunday, December 15th from 11AM to 1PM at the Islamic Cultural Center at 43 High Street in Medford. We can’t wait for all FIVE OR-endorsed elected officials to help our movement implement the Medford People’s Platform.
